Founded in 1981, Pendery Construction has spent the past four decades enhancing area homes with its signature craftsmanship. Started by Dan Pendery, a general carpenter, our company has grown from a one-man operation to a diverse mix of skilled employees and contractors. Today, the company is owned by Todd Walters.

With more than 35 years of industry experience, Todd began his career as a laborer, worked his way up to a carpenter and finally landed at Pendery in 1998 as the general manager with a degree in both engineering and accounting. Beginning with Dan as his mentor then as the owner since 2010, Todd continues the Pendery tradition—quality home renovations with exceptional customer care.
